The Dual Employment Option
Integrated Apprenticeship Services proposes a 'Dual Employment Option' whereby each site of your business can choose their Apprenticeship Recruitment Strategy from two models:

  • Outsourced Model: Integrated Apprenticeship Services recruits, employs, pays and places the Apprentice or Trainee within your workplace - freeing you from the burden of paperwork and payroll. We also manage the Apprentice or Trainee on an ongoing basis while providing them to you exclusively.
  • Insourced Model: Integrated Apprenticeship Services recruits and forwards the Apprentice or Trainee to you for final selection. They are then employed by you on either a full-time, part-time or school-based arrangement while we provide ongoing management and additional support services.

Throughout both of these models, applicants will be sourced, screened, assessed and presented to you for selection against pre-determined national standards.

This recruitment process also allows for the referral of internal applicants. Integrated Apprenticeship Services also monitors the training of all Apprentices and Trainees and provides a flexible mentoring service to suit the unique requirements of your business.
