Company History

Established originally in 1992 as Integrated Workforce Limited, we have continued to adapt our service offering to reflect changing market conditions and client requirements. This has seen us build and develop business units which specialise in specific market sectors, staffed by people experienced and qualified to understand the unique challenges such industries provide.

With our corporate Head Office in West Perth, Western Australia, the changing market environment has meant growing our national branch network. Now with more branches located in the heart of key business and industrial districts, clients and candidates can have direct and easy access to our services

Today, we have more than 50 offices nationally staffed by some 450 permanent staff.

In October 1999, the company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX Code: IWF). The company continues to expand and diversify and in 2002 changed its name to Integrated Group Limited, as a reflection of expanded service offering across multiple industries and sectors.

In the past few years Integrated has acquired a number of other businesses including Total Marine Services and the New Zealand-based Wendell Group.

In June 2007, the company merged with Programmed Maintenance Services (ASX Code: PRG) to be part of a group with annual revenues close to $1billion and a leading provider of Workforce, Property Maintenance and Asset Management Services across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
