  2. Screen since each client has different requirements, we carefully undertake a detailed review of those needs and expectations to develop the best recruitment strategy and screening process. Integrated has a sophisticated online screening tool and candidate application process, ensuring each applicant is fully informed about their status in the process.
  3. Assess all candidates are required to undertake a rigorous assessment process to determine their competencies and check their credentials. This can include structured skills testing, assessment centres and psychometric profiling.
  4. Select candidates are required to attend a one-on-one interview so that our trained consultants can personally review their suitability for a particular role and ensure their fit with a client organisation. We then refer the candidate to our client for final assessment and approval.
  5. Retain our service does not end with the successful appointment of your chosen candidate. We can tailor an Account Management Plan that includes regular feedback, ongoing support and process improvement. We regularly provide online training and upskilling to our long-term temporary staff, ensuring your office professionals keep abreast of current technology and systems.
